chicken tomatillo soup

k really this soup is delicious and you will love me for sharing it with you =)

in a big stock pot saute for approximately 10-15 minutes:
1/2 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. tomatillos, diced (about 5 medium, remember to husk and wash)
1 Tbsp. cumin

add and simmer 15-25 minutes:
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
49 1/2 oz can chicken broth
16 oz fresh salsa from grocery deli
15 1/2 oz yellow hominy, drained
15 1/2 oz white hominy, drained

serve with:
blue or white tortilla chips
avacado slices
white rice (i didn't do this but it would be good, just mix it in with everything else)
shredded cheese
sour cream
fresh lime
